Design Build is a streamlined construction delivery method in which both the design team and construction services are contracted through Geddes-Armstrong Construction. This allows for collaboration between the designers and builder and allows the Owner to have one primary point of contact for communication.

The Design Build method can be used on almost any project and allows for expedited construction for projects with very short timelines. When needed, initial phases of construction can start while portions of the design are still under way.
